Cub Scout Advancement Report Forms
(These forms are in MS-Word format)

1. Click on the desired Cub Scout rank patch for its form.
    

2. Complete one form for each Cub Scout.  Fill out only the new items being reported this month.
    

3. Then do a "File", "Save As" with the Cub Scout name and month-year
   (ie: Joe_Smith.1011).  (Make note of which folder you saved it to.)
    

4. Email all of the forms for your den to Cissie Patterson at cissie150@sbcglobal.net.

Note:  A new form is to be filled out for each month's advancement report.
